I understood the drawbacks stated in the reviews, heavy, requiring 2 people to hang, 16-on-center beams, etc. All of these are quite minor compared to the great quality and value of this product. I had this mounted (my wife helped me hold up to get the first bolt in) in about 25 minutes. Love the versatile movement on this mount with my 42" TV. I would definitely both this for a second TV. Yes it is, I was a weightlifter for many years and I had trouble holding this thing on the wall at shoulder level. <br /> <br />All in all though, this is a solid and well assembled wall mount; greatly worth the price. Then when I insisted they fix it, they just sent me an email with an RMA # and said send it back at my expense. No "we are sorry" "how can we help". VERY RUDE! None responsive to any emails. They still have not written me back in 8 or 9 days now. I have this product up on my wall but can barely pull it out from the wall.
